Additional agencies with input into network development include Volpe National Transportation Systems Center, Maritime Administration, Military Traffic Management Command, Tennessee Valley Authority, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, and the Federal Railroad Administration.

Collection of data is performed on a rotational basis to ensure on-site accuracy at each facility. This dataset is an update to the acport_2019 layer.
